Visa Information

For short-term stays in Switzerland of up to 90 days within a 180 day period, you will need to present a valid travel document that is recognised by Switzerland. In some cases, you may also need to obtain a visa.

Exempted from visa regulations to enter Switzerland are citizens of Europe, the American Continent (except Belize, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Colombia and Peru), Japan, Australia and New Zealand. We only provide an invitation letter to registered participants with an accepted paper or poster.

Note that the invitation letter will only be sent upon receipt of registration payment.
