Poster presentations will take place on E-floor
Best poster Award
There is a Best Poster Award at EAERE Annual Conference. The prize winners will be given a voucher of the value of €1,000 made available by Springer.
The detailled schedule of the poster sessions will be available closer to the conference.
Instructions for paper presenters:
The panel size for a poster stand is 100cmx120cm (width x height). There are no further regulations concerning the design of the posters and no template for poster design is provided. In the past, presenters have typically chosen to bring a printed copy of their poster in format DIN A0 (841x1189mm).
The authors of the poster are kindly asked to stay next to their poster for the duration of their session.
You are kindly asked to put your poster on Wednesday, June 22nd, during the Welcome Reception or on Thursday, June 23rd, before 9:00 at the latest.
The Conference Secretariat will provide all the necessary tools and materials (tape, pins etc...) in the poster area to hang the poster on the panel. The Poster area is situated on the E-floor and there will be two helper (Lin Zhang and Wei Hu) in the poster area to answer your questions.
The posters will be displayed throughout the entire duration of the Conference. You are asked to dismantle your poster on June 25th, after the end of the scientific sessions.
